Description:

Student will have the unique opportunity to actively contribute to our various programs in the Career Center and will engage in a multifaceted role, taking on diverse responsibilities that foster professional development and program coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in facilitating the approval process for T-bird Ready badging submissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Run and manage reports to gather data and insights critical for program enhancement and decision-making.
  • Collaborate in organizing and conducting program orientations to provide students with a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Assist in the coordination of the Professional Internship Program and SUU Career Academy, contributing to their success and growth.
  • Work closely with our Events Marketing Coordinator to create and schedule engaging social media posts that promote our programs and increase awareness.
  • Support the Career Center team in organizing and overseeing career related fairs and activities.
  • Actively participate in expanding awareness of our programs by engaging with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and the broader community.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for promotional purposes.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to program awareness and success.
